SHANADOO
Marina Genda, Junko Fukuda, Manami Fuku and Chika Shubya are 4 girls from Japan who love singing. Early in their career, Junko, Manami and Chika were Race Queen models and part of a Jpop group known as Vivace. Though they were not very popular, had had no real success, The girls appeared at various events. At this time, Marina was studying in High School, and was not part of the group Vivace.
in 2006, Producer David Brandes, of several European groups, decided to organize a girl group containing 4 Japanese Girls from Tokyo to present a new twist of Japanese and Eurobeat music to the German Audience. Although there had been several acts much like this, Brandes Used the tunes of his past hits to give 'SHANADOO' an advantage with unique material.
Their first single KING KONG, proved to be a major hit reaching in the top 20 in the German hits. Their more than just -Eurobeat- style introduced Germany to "パラパラ" (parapara), a Japanese Dance style popular amongst Japanese teenagers.
Since this release, SHANADOO have turned out to be ICE-ZONE music's biggest success in the music industry and have recently performed live in both Germany and Japan on MAJOR scales. Although they have only just begun in the music career, they definitely have a Huge and successful future ahead of them.

I like Shanadoo very much, they make perfect Eurodance Musik. Attention! Eurodance, no J-Pop. But some songs have a little J-Pop Touch.
My favourite Singer is Junko, but Marina, Manami and Chika are nice too.
