Did you tried Ebay? (try otsuka ai, not LOVE) I saw some LOVE plushes there.
hum... that's pretty hard to find LOVE stuff if you're not Japanese D=

Depends also on the place you are. For example, in Thailand you can find Thai websites that can buy stuffs in Japan for you and send it by mail. The methods varie in each country i think.
