| After a long drought of not watching anime I picked up Mahou Shoujo Tai Arusu because it got high praise from one of my favourite anime critics and above all it's made by Studio 4°C! The very same Studio 4°C that brought you the likes of Mindgame and The Animatrix's Beyond. How sweet is that!? It's kind of on the shoujo side, come on it's in the name, but I like it a lot. |

i'm in love with Lovely Complex! The anime's a romantic comedy and it's really fun to watch and relate to it. The characters are cute too!=)
Ouran High School Host Club is not bad as well! I'm still waiting for my exams to be over until i start on Death Note, Nana, and much more. Any other recommendations, anyone?=) |

^ i feel that its an anime that attracts girl. haha! The host club is created by a group of rich boys in the school to entertain girls. and there's this girl, Haruhi, who managed to enter this prestigious school (only the rich can afford) through a scholarship. One day she accidentally entered the Host Club's room and they mistook her as a guy. In the room she accidentally broke a very expensive vase and they told her to work off her debt as a new host.... ...
its a very funny anime (though stupid and lame sometimes), with deep thinkings occasionally (you'll see how each host think of one another, etc). 
i've read the manga online, and it is still ongoing. i prefer watching anime to reading manga as the manga is very wordy  but of coz manga contain a lot more (as usual).  |
