kiku, ur polls are fun =D
i have both at home.. but on those few days where there's no rice or noodles on the table (except when there's nothing o.o; ) i really like it.. cos it means my mum's making steak!! the microwave at home is used allllll the time.. once my mum microwaved a red egg, those given out at babies' first month parties. so it exploded at her.. lucky nothing really bad happened. guess we really overuse the moicrowave at home ^^; |

| i would fine it most likely impossible for my house to not have either a microwave or a rice cooker, because my dad also fixes stuff for a living as well as work as a baker. (Pampas). |

I'm surprised that 4 people don't have a microwave. I thought everyone would own one. I guess it's because I live in USA. |

Only a microwave, but I wish I had a rice cooker
If I want to make rice I have to cook it the old fashioned way

im not gonna get a microwave..its a mean device..those waves mutate innerly the food and appart from being bad for our health the stomache has a very lot of trouble absorbing it..there was an experiment andthey heated water then let it to cool..then watered a flower pot and instead of getting watered and stuff it withered some ~_~
omg...is that true? lol lucky i dont have a microwave oven at home, just the normal oven. surely i have a rice cooker at home. i guess it's a custom for chinese to eat rice everyday. |

I love my rice cooker--it's Hello Kitty, pink and white! It makes the best rice for me everyday! (I have to have rice everyday... That's how it's always been...) |
