Does anyone love the Final Fantasy Series like I do? I saw some screenshots online and I'm really eager to see what will SquareEnix will come up with this time!
So what are your expectations and opinions onto this game? |

I'm a FF fan but I haven't touch the game for ages! I only play till FFIX and I didn't finish the game as well. I do not have PS2 so I can't play any of the FFX onwards game. PS3 is coming out and I might get it, or maybe not, I guess I'm more comfortable with my computer rather than a console.
I start playing FF from FF2 I guess, I'm not sure, the main character is called Cecil and there's dragoon called Kain, a summoner called Rydia, and a white mage called Rosa. I skipped FF3 or 4 where the story starts by having a meteor drop into earth and you can choose different jobs to master in the game, I guess that's the beginning of those red mage which can learn enemy skills.
FFVI's main character is Terra and she's a girl! The main guy character is Locke I think, he's a thief, but very strong. Terra's special is to turn into this spirit girl which can cast strong spells.
Then comes PS1 with Final Fantasy VII, the revolutionary FF that defines the beginning of a new RPG era. So far I still believe FFVII is the best out of the whole series, it's so unique that none of the other FF resembles it at all. It uses kinda awkward polygon modelling but yet the character looks cute enough. Aeris and Tifa are the most beautiful creature squaresoft ever comes out with, have a look at the upcoming Final Fantasy - Advent Children trailer and you know how beautiful they make Tifa looks like.
FFVIII has cool graphics and I fell in love with Rinoa when I'm playing that game back in 98-ish I guess? She's so pretty and the first scene you saw her is the Balamb ball where she walk over to Squall and ask him for a dance. I'm totally stunned by her beauty back then.
After that, I seldom touch FF anymore. FFIX looks like a joke to me, stupid Zidane and those cartoonish creatures. Yuna from FFX is beautiful but not as amazing as Rinoa I guess.
Since I haven't touched FF since FFIX, I can't say what expectation I have. I just hope they make it right and improve the storyline and gameplay. |

i also do liek some of the ff games...i play from 7 to 9...but i oni complete ff7 and ff9...ff8 was hard 4 me...but it was still fun...
i also play ff10 part 1 and stop after a while... |

beat ffx.....ff9...never bother with ff8..since the stealin magic crap was a bit on the RETARDED side.....ff7....went to third disc..den got lazy and slacked off~...^^.....
lookin forward to FFXII though~...loks nice~ |

i'm a FF fan!! but haven't played in a long time! since exams are comming up!
i'm hoping to finish them in the summer. I start them and never get any finished. But yes the FF series is really good, realli nice graphics music and stories! |

8 ok la.....7 still the best of all series...the gameplay and characters are cool...but basically the game was easy after u play a few times
the graphics and the blitzball game wuz fun in ff x but its the story
kind of boring
others like tactics and ff 9 aso can la...so fun havin cloud strife in tactics
so nice to see ominslash and lionheart...they shud make back some
20+ multiple slashes again in later series....haha...probably
omni-lionheart? shud be dem cool |

I always enjoy the FF games, VII and X have been my favourites so far.
I play them through, then once again with the guide book which my wife buys for me. Sort of a tradition now!
Looking forward to XII but will probably have to import the US version as usual because of the lack of a 60hz mode for Europe 
I read on IGN that random battles are being done away with! I imagine this may please a lot of people, I didn't mind them....... most of the time. |

i love FF
FFX is like a romance/adventure movie..i wont forget tidus and yuna kissing  i think its one of the best fmvs in games
i cant wait for FFXII too the graphics are awsome, the guys are hot and starring gal is modeled after an supposed average french..also the wardrobe gets less and less at length at the clothes..thats a good thing  though i dont know what to think of that bunny lady character >__> |

Sigh, I regret the day I bought XBox instead of a PS2  . I love the Final Fantasy series (have played almost all of the entire series except for X, X2 and XI). FFXII looks promising, I really like how they brought back the FFTactics Advance world back. But so far, my favorite is FFIX  . |
