Japanese Punk is by far my favorite type of music. There's just sooo many good punk bands going strong in japan. Here's a few that still play:

Forward
Paintbox
Voracious Soul
Beyond Description
Chainsaw
D.S.B
Balzac
Gouka

And A Few "Classic" Bands:
Death Side
Ghoul
The Execute
Bastard
The Swankys
