Dreams, where your mind indulges in a fantasy! Here, we can discuss what your recent dreams were about. Also, were your dreams lucid (can you control your dreams?)? Were they easy to remember? Were they eaten by Yumekui (Dream Eater) and made to life?? It all goes here! |

Wow, people actually have controlled dreams? The only one I can recall like that is when I pinched myself in my dream but I woke up and found I was actually pinching myself. For some reason, I seem to be able to consciously tell that it's a dream during the dream if that makes sense. Is anyone else like that?
As for being easy to remember, there's one that I will never share because when I woke up, I felt so shocked and disgusted and it took me a few day to get over it. I got kinda scared of myself for a few days |

I had one of the strangest dreams a couple of days ago. It all began when I went to a mall and saw this dog on wheels with a coin slot that moves around and not only in one spot but everywhere!!! I took a recent photo of it with me on.
This exact same dog was in my dream and I was flying around seeing sushi up in the sky. I wasn't high or anything, it's just one of the most obnoxious dreams I've ever had. The next part of the dream was probably the most strangest and kinda depressing. It all completely switched to a different area where I met my first ever crush and we actually talked like friends. The problem is, in real life, an incident with a long story happened and we don't talk to each other anymore. It was an incident that's really cherished my life because I learned a lot from it. But when I woke up, I did feel a bit down but I never forgot what it's helped me to be. |

Ah, dreams. THey're so silly sometimes. I never can control my dreams, they go everywhere. And mine will change abrubtly most of the time to something else entirely. I rarely ever remember my dreams because of the abruptness and the fact that I sleep very deeply nowadays But the last dream I remember...
My whole class went to the mountains and skiied/snowboarded. One girl I particularly dislike had these ridiculous floral skis that looked like they came from the 60s...and another guy was skiing down the slope on these blocks that looked like they were made out of street cones... |

I dream all the time! and darn you beat me to a topic about it usually my dreams come in 3 parts--the happy part, the sad part, and then the conclusion where the ending happens. I can never control them, except for this one time where I dreamed I ruled the world
well, my dreams have all been focusing on this one guy I like (I've accepted the fact that I'm bisexual) lately... last night, I dreamed that everyone around me liked me, even the girl I thought is pretty smoking, but not him! I was actually so mad in my dream...and then I woke up on the floor! |

I actually find that I can somewhat control my dreams. For example, if I'm having a really scary dream or a dream is making me uncomfortable I can somehow tell myself that it is just a dream and that if I want it to end all I have to do is wake up, which I usually do. But that's about the only thing I can do control-wise. My dreams are also hard for me to remember, I often forget them.
However, probably the strangest one I remember is one that started out with me and my friend watching a DVD of Lupin the Third. We had never before watched the Funimation dub so were talking about how we don't really mind the different voices and it's actually quite good. Suddenly though me and her were committing robberies with Lupin and his gang. I woke up laughing and called her right away. |

^ i've had some similar cases where i've woken up. but i've also had some cases where i've controlled the dream into something i like instead, like one time when i was chasing a bus when it was raining it got away and i rewinded everything and made it sunny and made it stop. and another time i woke up by my inner clock 1 minute before the alarm should've sounded, waited for it to go off, snoozed it and went back to dreaming... weird stuff like that.
i often have long and weird dreams, sometimes i don't remember much of them, sometimes i manage to remember pretty much the whole thing in detail. those are often dreams i dream when i'm about to wake up.
i've written down a lot of dreams in my days, quite a few of them have been about H!P members, lol. i'll post a short one.
*quotes self*
Quote: i watched three episodes of Gal Circle (a J-drama about para para dancing girls and a cowboy) yesterday, and of course i had to dream about it.
i don't know why, but i was one of the girls dancing para para and that cowboy came and just started to throw his lasso around and captured some of the other girls and asked them if they were Imoko and when they answered "no" he just threw them away. and then that policeman came and started to chase him, but he never got him because all the girls were in the way. i tried to get Yaguchi's autograph too, but she didn't know what i was talking about since she wasn't Mari but that girl Yurika in the drama.
felt kinda weird being a girl... |

My friend has been playing GTAIV on the PC and because of its brilliant graphics (nearly everything looks realistic from what he said), he sometimes gets hypnotised. He later told me that he had a strange dream about being in a cartoon world.
I wonder if affecting visions can have an effect on your dreams. |

^ probably so! like, from what I've heard from others, dreams are like everything they've seen in that day, but complied together and not in order. weird huh?
my dreams follow this pattern...first a couple nightmares and then something totally random, then one that expresses fear of being mortally wounded, and then a really happy one but there's an element of wrongness in it. and then it kinda just goes wherever. it's so weird, but mostly I get it from the types of music I listen to! like, Kurage Nagareboshi for example gives me all these fantastical dreams about love...while Happy Days gives me these random crazy dreams about being optimistic! |

I had this totally random dream last night. I dreamt I went shopping with my mum and for some reason she had to go get some money out of an ATM so she parked on the street and I waited in the car. There were heaps of people about and even some police but for some reason, these guys I saw were trying to decide which car to steal...and then they chose the one with me in it! And they had this knife and I got freakin car-jacked in my dream. I was like "wait, let me get my cat out at least" which they did for some reason. And the police officer that I saw was in it or something cos he did nothing. I remember running around a lot afterwards, looking for the police station or some other officer in which they had all disappeared suddenly but there were still a lot of people on the street. *sigh* Man it was weird
I guess the moral of the story is don't drive a Mercedes Benz (I was in my dad's one in my dream). |

I had a dream that I was in the vision of someone else. He's Shane Crawford, a football legend and it was the time him and his team won the Premiership Cup for the AFL season this year. I wasn't controlling anything and I was literally doing every action that Shane did on that day. Strange, hey? |

OH and sorry for double-posting... but does anyone keep a dream journal? I do, and I've started writing my dreams in them since November. It's really relaxing. |

I don't. Some are kind of vivid to be keeping in a journal. But my good dreams I should write them down because they could help make me feel happy if I'm down. |
