Why has sifow's music charted so badly?

This is a question that's really been boggling me. Sifow has been one of my favorite Japanese artists since I discovered her PVs in the "TV" section of this website, and for a long time I thought she was at least a moderately popular artist. But a while ago I found out that her music actually charts pretty badly, with her CLARITY charting at 299 and &YOU REVOLUTION charting at 281. And those are apparently the only two releases that charted. I understand that she has a different form of appeal, but I used to think, "oh, her music has probably peaked at 5-20," not 281 to nothing. Seriously, it pisses me off. Mad
