| I have just a one little question. If I live in Europe, we donīt use Euro or US dollars and I want to buy something by Money order, do I need to change money and pay it in dollars at the post, or will the post change the money itself? Do you have any experience with this? |

I've never tried the money order, so I can't really answer your question. What you can do is ask YesAsia this question directly. I think you have to sign up before you can use the Q&A service. But since it doesn't require a fee, you got nothing to lose 
If you have a bank account, I'll strongly suggest using paypal. Paypal is like an worldwide online bank. What happens is that you can transfer money from your bank account to your paypal account, it even handles all the exchange currency/rates for you. |

| So I think Iīve just finished with YesAsia. I tried two times to buy some DVDs first with card and than with PayPal and it was marked as a bogus in both cases. Itīs really strange, I also faxed them the recent bank report as they asked me, but no, it looks like itīs not enough for them. |

Personally I only use YA when I'm desperate to get something which is out of stock. I'm sick of purchasing items and ending up with broken jewel boxes. The website may have a sleek layout and a load of items but the fact that they fail to be serious/professional in some small aspects really irks me. |

fanmail, don't worry about it, you can still use it next time you buy something from YesAsia.
Regarding those comments about YesAsia's service, I have no problem with them so far and their prices are considered reasonable. I like their free shipping option for sure, while many believe the shipping price is already added to the slightly higher item prices, the price for each item is still reasonable and competitive. For overseas users I believe cdjapan and YesAsia is the two main choices, and here's my opinion on these two services:
- Shipping: YesAsia has free shipping for purchase above certain amount, cdjapan's shipping is very expensive and the cheapest shipping option is extremely slow
- Price: YesAsia usually has higher prices than cdjapan, though the difference is generally small
- First Press: cdjapan is very explicit about first press and its bonus item, YesAsia is not so you're sort of gambling with the first press item (you usually gets them if you preorder unless the first press item cannot be shipped directly with CD e.g. poster)
- Extra: YesAsia has US$5 coupon for purchase above certain amount, usually you get extra "toys" too, cdjapan gives you coupon points that can be redeem for next purchase, and have a great newsletter system that notifies you the latest updates on your interested artists
- Incentive: Channel-Ai participated in YesAsia's associate program so 10% of your purchase will be donated to Ch-Ai as site funding (due to the success of this program I do not need to ask for members donation and put up ads to keep this site alive)
Anyway, the choice is still up to you! Have fun shopping and supporting your favourite artist!
